Great Location for sites, quiet, easy access to main road. Close to nature and 100 ft trees. Worth the price.
To get to the bike and Walking path you need to cross the highway with medium traffic (50 miles per hour plus cars, buses and trucks). I suggest miner handyman adjustment. Tighten faucets, towel racks and bathroom and kitchen drawers.
