Breakfast, staff, location, room size, and cleanliness
The fact that the hotel was split in two. A building were there was rooms, reception and breakfast, and then another building across the road where we had our room plus the noise quite early in the morning coming from the Main Street as they were doing building works! But no fault or control of hotel

A localização é muito boa, muito central. O café da manhã foi excelente.
Ficamos em um quarto em um andar de um edifício próximo ao que funcionava a estrutura do hotel.
Nosso quarto possuía 2 degraus, entre o box e o resto do ambiente, o que não gostamos, principalmente por sermos idosos.
O box do chuveiro ficava bastante separado do resto do banheiro e quando o usávamos, molhava tudo do lado de fora. Para se secar era necessário cruzar um corredor frio. Muito desconfortável…
O estacionamento foi complicado. Primeiro nos informaram que não tinha vaga, como insistimos, ela apareceu.

Hotel reformada porém não tem elevador até o terceiro andar e o café é servido em outro anexo, bem complicado, além disso fornecem uma só chave.
Informações do Booking e do hotel completamento mentirosa e distorcida, alegam ter estacionamento, depois dizem que fica em localização próxima, pois bem, acabei sendo autuado por entrar em uma via ZTL, depois tive que parar o carro em uma praça próxima e procurar o hotel, aí me informaram o a localização do estacionamento ao menos 15 min de distância, um absurdo total, nota 0 p Hotel e p Booking.com que pública uma informação totalmente distorcida, ou tem estacionamento ou não tem, simples assim!!!
