NOTE: ONLY $25 ONE TIME, CLEANING FEE: Full living unit above garage at opposite end of home living space. Private entrance door from back covered patio. Soundproof and quiet, full view of Mt. Rainier. Remodel finished 3/2018, everything new. Luxurious tiled; walk in shower, floors and kitchen counters. Full kitchen, eating bar, appliances, refrigerator, fireplace/heater, flat screen with WiFi. Close to fairgrounds, downtown and river walking or fishing trail. NOTE: 10% OFF FOR WEEK, 20% OFF FOR A MONTH AND NO STATE TAXES FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE!

The apartment was well appointed with thoughtful touches like makeup wipes and dark colored face clothes for us ladies who wear makeup. The "fire" heater was turned on for my arrival. It was a lovely, quiet stay with respectful hosts who communicate well. I would love to stay here again next time I am in the area.
