About this house rental
Centrally located between downtown Los Angeles & the San Gabriel Valley,Alhambra,Arcadia &Pasadena, 4 bedrooms+den, 3 bathrooms, pool, spa, sauna, BBQ & a view, entry w/shoe benches, living room w/piano & books about area sites & restaurants, dining for 8, fully stocked kitchen, downstairs bedroom & bath, garage w/bright laundry area, patio w/exercise equipment, yoga mats & sauna, upstairs main bedroom w/seating area, two additional bedrooms w/hall bath, den w/sofas, TV & 3 desks. Additional info:- No parties or social events. This is a quiet hillside residential neighborhood. The neighbors will call (and has called) the police if there is any loud noise.- No smoking of ANY kind.-Pool / Spa Hours: 8AM - 11PM.- Quiet Hours: 9PM - 9AM. - No pets allowed. - Please clean up all toys and floaties in the pool and spa after use.- Please do not wear outside shoes inside the house. Indoor slippers are available for use or feel free to bring your own.- Mondays are trash pick-up day. Black bin for trash / recycle items. Green bin for yard waste and organic waste. Please pull out bins on Sunday nights.- Please supervise children at all time. Especially around the pool, sauna and stair areas. Please do not leave them unsupervised. - Please close up all the umbrellas and tie them down as it can get windy at times.
- We charge $53 a day to heat the pool, prepay after booking and for the days not used a refund will be issued on check-out day. There is no charge to heat the spa, in 2-hour increment.
- Heating Pool / Spa - please send request in advance. At least 24 hours in advance notice for pool. At least 3 hours in advance notice for Spa. As it may take up to 15 hours to heat the pool and 1.5 hours to heat the spa, depending on the weather condition and time of day.
