This is the Deluxe one bedroom River unit # 4 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House. You can rent all 4 private studio rooms or one of the 2 RVs on the property for multiple families if available. Many rent this large one bedroom unit along with unit #3. A securely locked metal door separates. This one bedroom deluxe unit sleeps 9 comfortably. There are 2 queen beds in the Master, 1 full bed I'm the living area, and 3 twin folding beds that can be set up anywhere. This unit overlooks the majestic White River. This location is a popular location for professional anglers because of its unique location. A private creek runs into the White River making a perfect point for large Brown, Brook, and Rainbow trout. Also, this house sits between the famous White River State Park and Gastons. This property is under new ownership and boasts of a clean, well managed stay. Smart locks and security cameras are used for safety and easy no contact check in and out. A full kitchen and large living area make this a perfect home for families to unwind. Also, a security fence has been installed for the safety and security of children(newly installed). The new fence lines the edge of the side creek and the top part of the White River Bank. A fireplace and grill on the back porch area provides an amazing outdoor space for the family as well. Each unit in this home has all the essential kitchen, bath, and bedroom items. Come and vacation in paradise and catch that record trout

This unit was nice and the view of the river was amazing. We arrived really late and was confused about WHERE the unit was because it was not sated clearly online. Having to haul everything to the back was a little aggravating but we made do. It would have been nice to know just where to park and the fact that the unit was in the back would have been greatly appreciated piece of information. It would have been nice to have several pots available to cook in that were different sizes and maybe a small keurig/ pod coffee maker. I had brought my coffee (pods) thinking most places have such a thing but that wasn’t the case here. The smoke detecter kept beeping the entire time.the fact that there were plenty of towels and washcloths was certainly a plus and very much appreciated.
We were able to visit family that was staying at the White River State Park just a mile away. It was amazing.
Very nice place just wish I would have known where to park and where the unit was located before we got there.

Property upkeep poor. Can’t wade fish with dam open. Commodities was awesome. Still comfortable for 4 apartments built out of one house. Not private.
