This is a really lovely property with a large lawn and a swimming pool. We had great weather for our week there and enjoyed time by the pool in comfy outdoor chairs. And a super-friendly neighbor’s dog was there each day eager to play fetch. Bedrooms are large and sunny, and most with en suite bathrooms; and the showers were great. The Great Room with overstuffed couches is a perfect gathering spot for groups like ours at cocktail time. The large kitchen is also ideal for a group. Everybody loved having two dishwashers and the laundry facilities. The location is terrific for day trips with easy access to the region and various hill towns and markets as well as the larger historic cities. We would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the problem with mosquitos. Having the split fans on seemed to reduce the buzzing, but the biting went unabated. Future renters need to be prepared with many forms of repellent.

We were two families of 5. Four adults and 6 children. The property was well equipped and very spacious. The Provençal Style property was great and had a lot of things for kids. Table tennis, the pool, the pool table and the location was great. So easy to get to so many beautiful towns and locations nearby. Check in was easy, although VRBO made a mistake in the listing not sharing that there was a 300 euro cleaning and linen fee and a 1500 euro deposit for any damages. The listing can also be found on Arbitel.com which is exactly the same listing as VRBO but shows these details The owner Charlotte is very accessible and responds quickly
Check out too was simple and we were asked if there were any things that could be improved, something that we could have done with at another property, on another site, which was a little bit of a disaster. I would definitely recommend this property for a large or small group.
