We had an amazing time. It was the perfect place. By the water/dock and the pool. It was a wonderful way to spend our 40th Anniversary with our family. We will definitely be going back!!

The actual decor of the home was beautiful! We had some issues with plumbing in the master bedroom, doors locking us out, and the tv in the main floor not allowing us to stream what we wanted. In reaching out the owners, they were very responsive however proceeded to enter the home without us being there even after I advised I felt more comfortable with one of us being there. I think it was a little annoying dealing with these issues in itself but going against my wishes really just made it frustrating and I just decided to leave the situation as is. We also were under the impression that we would have access to a private hot tub, per the listing and the photos but there was not one on the property. Again, the home is decorated beautifully but there were little things here and there that could’ve been prevented and made our stay more pleasant.

Our stay at Happiness With Inn was so wonderful from start to finish. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and easily big enough for 12 people. The view was so peaceful and we loved the proximity to the pool and the treehouse playground. It's so close to everything to see and do in Branson and the surrounding area. We didn't bring a boat, but the free boat slip is another big draw for future years. We plan to stay here again!
