In the commune of Montmeyan, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 140 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 43 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 43 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: a pull-out bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with bath
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs
Outside area :
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 11x5m, open from June 1 to September 30 and secured by an alarm (opening dates non-contractual).
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 2,000 m² private, fully enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Nearest airport: Marseille-Provence, 100 km away (about 1 hour 20 minutes by car).
