About this apartment rental
We live in the building and will be available. This apartment is suitable for all responsible travelers, please be sure not to party or make excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm. If this suits you and you don't mind, welcome!
The apartment is located on the third floor of a residence with elevator, and comprises a very attractive 70m2 space:
- An entrance hallway
- separate WC
- bedroom with double bed (please note there are no shutters, only blackout curtains)
- a bright living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony
- a second bedroom double bed (140X200) with dressing
- a shower room with
- plenty of storage space
The layout of the apartment makes a group of business travelers, family or friends feel right at home!
For baby : A cot and high chair are available (see photo).
The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival:
Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen.
All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner.
Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
The area is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs.
You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible.
You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence.

Would recommend. Had absolutely no problems.

The check in process was a nightmare: misleading directions and photos that didn’t download, it took 3 hours to gain access. The place was poorly cleaned, the shower drain almost completely blocked, no hand towels and the dishwasher was unusable. It needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to scratch.
