Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming, light-filled, fully-equipped and functional 74 m² flat for rent in Saint-Brieuc, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 14th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- An 18 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and access to balcony
- Bedroom 2: with king-size bed (180×200) with access to balcony
- A relaxation room has a double whirlpool bath with power-adjustable massage jets, with a beautiful view (capacity for one bath/day). Open until 9:30pm.
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Brieuc, 400 m from the city center, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Discover the small port of Le Légué, a 5-minute by car.
- Les Rosaires beach 8 minutes away, its bay classified as a nature reserve, and the Langueux sandbanks,
- For hikers, the GR 34 will enchant you with its wild coastline and sea.
Transportation :
- By car : you can park for free in the public parking lot near the accommodation.
- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Brieuc, 8 min by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport 1h 14min by car

La Vigie "Overall a very good stay. The view is amazing, and the balneo is very nice. I would definitely recommend the place.
However, just a minus. The door lock is extremely difficult to get into. No matter what we did it would take a few minutes to wiggle it open. It really needs to be fixed."
