Cosy holiday apartment in a charming stone house with a large, fenced garden.
Welcome to this holiday apartment in a rural location. The old stone walls and the warm, Mediterranean colours create a cosy atmosphere. Spend the hot summer evenings in the garden, perhaps with a tasty meal from the brick barbecue. The terrace is also ideal for morning coffee.
The location allows you to go on excursions to the famous Umbrian towns and get to know the traditions, culture and history of this fascinating part of Italy. Visit Umbria's historical treasure trove, the town of Todi, which was founded several thousand years ago. The ancient village of San Terenziano, whose origins date back to the 1st century of the Roman era, is also worth a visit, as is the old town of Deruta, famous for its ceramics.
Note: An unpaved country road of approx. 3 km leads to the house.

We had an incredible stay at Diana’s in Collazzone. The property is gorgeous, surrounded my farmland which was in full crop when we were there, super quiet and peaceful which was perfect to relax and reset. The property is actually even better than the listing pictures, as trachesospermums have been planted all over the fences and so the property smells like heaven, it even wafts through the windows! Diana was a really lovely host too, the property has been very thoughtfully equipped to have a stay without having to improvise, especially in the kitchen (which is super rare!), and was impeccably clean. We’re so lucky to have found this beautiful property, and definitely recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and appreciate the beauty of Mother Nature. Thank you Diana! We hope to come back one day :)
