Loved all the extra touches - the cakes, biscuits, wine. Having a toaster in the kitchen was unexpected and a nice thing to have. Very quiet neighbourhood.
The owners were really helpful and accommodating and friendly too.
The bed is a bit squeaky when you move - not a big problem but I noticed it. Seriously NOT a problem though!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and full of all the stuff you need. We stayed for 6 nights so it was perfect that we had a washing machine.
The location is very good, five minute walk from the Montelupo-Capraia train station, which we used to travel all around Tuscany - Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Certaldo...
Our host Francesco was wonderful and very helpful! On the kitchen table there was a small bottle of wine and a lot of cookies and sweets waiting for us when we arrived. So cute!
Thin walls, but that is normal in Italy :)
