Eric was the perfect host and could not have been more helpful. There is parking available which is a real plus but dont bring a large car!! Excellent location.
As people who live in the country we had forgotten what is is to have town noise! We were there on a Friday night so heard the noisy revelers leaving the bars and we also heard the church bells which could have been easily avoided if we had closed the window and used the air conditioning.

The room was clean and air-conditioned. The shower area was great. This's our first time to the area. We're lost in direction, and the owner's mother came to look for us.
Since nearby areas were restricted zones, it'd be great if more details to arrive the place could be provided. The parking space was narrow.

Posizione centralissima , comoda con il parcheggio pubblico di Piazza del Popolo. Volendo , è possibile richiedere il parcheggio privato , a disposizione della struttura (€ 10 al giorno ). Stanza molto ben organizzata e pulita . Host gentilissimo ! Struttura consigliata

The location was fantastic, a walk away from the piazza. Erik was very helpful and responsive.
The room was clean and the facilities were generally good. The location is fantastic, close to everything. However, there were a few downsides. The parking situation was a bit unclear. At first glance, it appeared that parking was included with the room, but we were later informed there was an additional charge, which was only mentioned in the room policy section. The room also felt quite damp and while we expected some noise, it was noticeably loud due to poor sound insulation, outside noises echoed into the room quite a bit.
