Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wirklich sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist modern. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Strand. Lucrezia hat sich wirklich toll gekümmert. Als eine Glühbirne kaputtging, war sofort Ersatz da.
Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Im Garten kann man leider keine Ruhe genießen, unter anderem, weil es keinen Sichtschutz gibt. Am Zaun sind zwar ein paar Pflanzen eingesetzt, die werden aber noch Jahre brauchen.
