Semplici e chiare le informazioni per accedere all'alloggio da parte dell'Host. La posizione è molto conveniente, soprattutto per chi arriva in treno o comunque senza auto. L'alloggio è situato in un vicolo dove non si può parcheggiare, nella zona a traffico limitato, e però accanto ai viali di circonvallazione; chi avesse molti bagagli può portare l'auto accanto all'ingresso dell'alloggio, scaricarli, e poi andare a cercare parcheggio (gratis la notte, a pagamento dalle ore 9) a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi.
Forse l'aspiratore del bagno, che non ha finestra. In generale, la posizione ad angolo dell'alloggio, e del bagno in una rientranza interna del corridoio a forma di L, non favorisce il ricambio di aria.
