Stunning property with gorgeous grounds.
Bed was super comfortable in master room.
Ample space.
Fire making provision for log burner in living room.
Great facilities and provisions for comfortable stay.
Easy instructions on collecting keys and leaving after stay.
A little cold on first night and unable to work out electric radiators (fire helped though).
Small bed for children to share but it was comfortable.

Location & facilities. Also, Ross’ customer service was exemplary. Couple of minor issues that were fixed in exceptionally timely fashion. Mattress was sublime!

We loved the location and how spacious the apartment was - great for 3 adults and an infant to spread out. The atmosphere of the stay was great in sun and rain, lovely to sit in an arm chair in front of the big open windows as the rain fell.
The beds were comfortable but quite soft in some places.

Beautiful grounds, near hiking. Spacious living room and two bathrooms
The apartment smelled pretty bad. Windows in living room didn’t open and there was no AC. Minimal amenities- no toiletries, no suggestions of places to go or things to do. A few things were run down and the curtains in the smaller room were sheer, letting light in.
