Zeer ruim. 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zorgen voor veel gemak. Alles is beschikbaar ik de keuken. Centrale ligging in een rustige, veilige en centrale wijk dicht bij zee. Makkelijk te bereiken vanuit vliegveld.

Location was perfect and it was easy to be in touch with hosts. Keydrop was easy to use. There was enough dishware for eight people and we could do all breakfasts and some of dinners too at room. House was quiet, felt like there was no neighbors. Shops are nearby.
I don’t understand why you have to pay extra 100€ for cleaning and then do most of it by yourself (before check out). The floors were quite dirty (socks turned black) and there was unwashed dishes at cabin. The second toilet seat was tricky to use as it was so high. Beds could be better in some rooms.

Ubicación y amplitud del piso.
Tuvimos varios problemas nada más llegar al apartamento. El primer día lo encontramos bastante sucio: había restos de aceite en la vitrocerámica, las estanterías y grifo del baño no estaban limpios, algunas toallas estaban sucias y, además, no había suficientes. Esa misma noche, una de nuestras amigas se duchó y el agua se salió, provocando una pequeña inundación en el baño y parte de la cocina. No había fregona ni nada para limpiarlo, y al ser por la noche, tuvimos que esperar hasta la mañana siguiente.
En cuanto al servicio de Booking, fue absolutamente nefasto. Llamamos y estuvimos hablando durante dos horas con un agente. No solo no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución real, sino que además nos cobraron 130 € por esa llamada. Más tarde tuvimos que volver a llamar (también llamada de pago, esta vez 20 € más) y, uno de los agentes nos dijo que como compensación nos devolverían la mitad del importe total de la reserva. Ese dinero apareció como retenido en el monedero de Booking, y nos dijeron que una vez recibida la confirmación, podríamos transferirlo a nuestra cuenta bancaria.
Sin embargo, al día siguiente esa retención desapareció sin explicación. Nos pusimos en contacto de nuevo con ellos, esta vez por mensaje, y a día de hoy —una semana después— seguimos sin haber recibido ninguna respuesta.
Lo único positivo fue que, por la mañana, el personal del apartamento sí vino rápido, limpió adecuadamente, nos trajo toallas nuevas y arregló el problema del baño.
