The Road Hotel is perfect for a one night stay as it is very close to the Ipsala border gate to/from Greece.
As it somehow is in the middle of nowhere and dinner facilities are limited we would not recommend a longer stay. This opinion has nothing to do with the cleanliness and the almost brand new state of the hotel.

As a Motel, it did the job very well as a stopover point near the Turkish-Greek border. Check-in quick, room clean and functional, service station cafe next door for basic meals and free breakfast pack
