Our stay at the apartment in Milan was acceptable, but there were several areas that could be improved. The listing lacked clarity—especially regarding the bathroom situation, as there is an option for two bathrooms, but that wasn’t made clear in advance. The apartment itself felt somewhat neglected. There was a broken toilet seat, the bathroom door was damaged and didn’t function properly, and the overall condition of the place suggested it hadn’t been well-maintained. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and the linen did not appear clean or freshly replaced, which was disappointing. Additionally, more precise instructions on where to park would have been very helpful. The cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment definitely need attention, and with some repairs and clearer communication, the experience could be greatly improved.
