Ideal location for our magnificent duplex in the heart of the Swiss Alps, just 10 minutes from the town of Sion, the capital of Valais, 10 minutes from the family resort of Anzère and only 15 minutes from the Crans Montana ski area!The Laughing Cow apartment is completely new, the work has been completed, the furniture delivered in December 2023.It is composed as follows: Entrance, fully fitted kitchen open to the living room and giving access to a large terrace, a bedroom with two single springbox beds, a shower room, WC with washing and drying machine. This room also gives access to the fully furnished terrace which offers you an absolutely unobstructed view of the mountains.Upstairs, two bedrooms with 160x200 double beds, a beautiful bathroom, a second shower room with WC.Bed and bath linens are well supplied on site.The coffee machine is a Nespresso, you will also find a cheese fondue pot and a raclonnette stove.No parking space for this apartment but you will easily find spaces or parking near the apartment.The bus stop is located 50m from the apartment!Near the town of Ayent, you can stroll through the heart of the bisses of Ayent, Grimisuat and Siphon and even answer all your questions about their stories by visiting the Bisses museum.You will have access to all the sporting and cultural activities of the winter sports resorts - You will be 10 minutes by car from the family resort of Anzère and 20 minutes from the magnificent ski area of Crans Montana: Skiing, Snow, paragliding , climbing, swimming pool and spa, tennis, hiking and snowshoeing, music festivals of all kinds, etc.…You can also relax at the Saillons baths, just 25 minutes from the apartment.In Sion, you are also in the heart of the Valais region and its fabulous vineyards.In the surrounding area :- Visit the medieval town of Sion- Magnificent Sion market with all local producers on Friday morning-Visit of the Château de Tourbillon Basilica of Valère and Cathedral in Sion- Visit to the Morand distillery- Wine tasting in Valais cellars-Visit of the underground lake of St Léonard- Creusets Observatory with night visits and astronomy evenings and many others…
