- There is no dedicated parking but there is plenty of street parking available in front of the house.
- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- The home theater room is only meant for entertainment, not sleeping.
- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.
- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
- Daily / Weekly cleaning / Extra Linen / Linen change

- Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability (not guaranteed as we may have previous guests checking out on same day). Prices as follows:
