In the commune of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, we offer this charming new chalet for rent, with views of Mont Blanc and the Bettex ski resort within walking distance. The 163 m² chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 55 m² living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 1,000 m².

The dwelling is composed as follows:

- 55 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob.

- Le Bettex ski resort 1 km away: the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area (France's 3rd largest ski area) extends over 500 km of pistes.
- Numerous hiking trails depart from the chalet.
- Shuttle buses to Le Bettex ski resort are located near the chalet (370 m).
- Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais: 12 minutes by car
- Saint-Gervais: ice rink, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, etc.
- Combloux 12 minutes away, Megève 15 minutes, Chamonix 25 minutes, Geneva or Annecy 1 hour...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot (two spaces), under the outdoor shelter (one space, height under beam 2m10) or in front of the outdoor shelter (two spaces).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Elevator to the thermal baths from the center of Saint-Gervais.
- Le Valléen cable car from Le Fayet station to the center of ST Gervais.
- Shuttle bus to the station every 10 minutes, 370 meters away.
- Follow the A40 freeway towards Chamonix and the A49 towards Megève.
- Nearest train station: Le Fayet TGV station, 18 minutes from the chalet.
- Nearest airport: Annecy airport (84 km), Geneva international airport(86 km)

- Bed linen and towels included.

- The wood-burning stove is functional and wood is provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition, leaving sheets and towels in the storeroom and cleaning appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
