This outstanding 120m² apartment is located near the Arc of Triumph, on the 4th floor of a beautiful building accessible by lift. Entirely designed and decorated, attention to detail is everywhere and each space is thought out to awaken the senses and create a warm and welcoming ambience.
The apartment has two amazing bedroom each one with a king-size bed and the other one a queen-size bed with a private balcony, both are equipped with its own bathroom to ensure privacy and comfort; the beds have hotel quality bedding, and a separated toilet is also available.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and features a couch convertible into a bed, while the dining room offers an ideal space to relax, discuss, or work. The kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to live the Parisian culinary experience according to your desires. A sofa bed is also available, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children for greater comfort.
The apartment also has a washer/dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and we provide linens, towels, as well as high quality hospitality products. Each room is air-conditioned.

we spent Thanksgiving week in Paris and has a great time staying in this apartment. The location was perfect with a nearby Metro station and wonderful cafes. The apartment was impeccably clean, with a lovely terrace a d beautiful views.
