About this farm stay rental
Welcome to Manor Farm, Ickford - a unique Grade 2 listed country house in a peaceful rural setting but with excellent links for Oxford, London and the Cotswold's.
The house sleeps 12 people comfortably, with beautiful gardens, a fresh water swimming pond, hot tub, tennis court, trampoline and games room (incl table tennis, pool, darts, drum kit, and exercise equipment)
The house is the perfect blend of thatched old cottage with a modern extension/conservatory and all mod/cons you could want.
Please note no more than a maximum of 12 people are allowed on the house grounds at any time - parties in any form are prohibited

TV room with 60" flat screen TV, fireplace and foldout sofa bed (if required)
Kitchen with induction hob stove and double oven
Highchair for baby plus seating for 8 in the kitchen
Large fridge and outdoor freezer
Coffee machine
30 ft long conservatory with seating and dinning place for 18
Reception room with fireplace
Downstairs WC
First Floor:
Bedroom1: Master bedroom (top of stairs to the left) - super kingsize bed with flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom + shower
Bedroom2: aka "the kids room"(top of stairs turn right) - 2 single beds and a double bed with wash basin.
Second Floor:
Bedroom3: "Granny Zelda's room" top of stairs turn left - standard double bed
Bedroom4: "The spare room" - kingsize double bed
Bathroom with shower and WC.
Bed linen and guest towels provided for all rooms
NEARBY:
We own 19 acres of surrounding fields which are great for access points to lovely country walks
There are 2 horses kept in one of the fields during the winter
The village of Ickford boasts a well stocked village store, 2 pubs and a 13th Century Church,
Historic market town of Thame - 3 miles - supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
TRAVEL:
Thame and Haddenham station, 12 minutes - frequent trains into London Marylebone (45 minute travel time).
Thornhill Park and Ride, 10 minutes - Oxford Tube to central London and Oxford, Coach to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.

Heathrow - 45 minutes by car
