The host was really nice and helpfull. We really appreciated that the room had a place to eat and basic things that you need, like plates and cuttlery, small frigde, coffee maker, etc. All these came in very handy for us at breakfast. The location was very convenient for us, since we wanted to take a train to Napoli in the morning, and the accomodation was right next to the train station.
The neighbours from the other room were quite noisy, but that has nothing to do with the host or the accommodation.

the location it is perfect, just in front of the train station.
Conveniently near Celestino Restaurant.
Excellent coffee in the room
Well, the air condition was a bit weak, so slightly cold at night.
Due to some road works just beside the building it was slightly moisy in the morning.
