The cabin is very cozy; it is located right above a small farm with goats and chickens, which is a nice addition since you can just walk there a pet the animals. There’s also a basketball/pickleball court just a minute walk away supplied with all gear.
The location is also perfect, close to most of the mountain attractions.
It’s a mountain cabin, so bugs are to be expected. Not a big deal but just plan for it.
It is also right next railway tracks and trains seem to constantly be slowing/breaking making very loud noises even late into the night.
I consider both of these to be small inconveniences given how great the value of this location is.

The cabins were really nice and the staff were very friendly.
It is advertised as being close to railroad tracks. Trains come down the mountain every 20 minutes blowing horns and brakes screaming. Roaches got into our food. They were all over the cabin.
