The property itself looks very nice and modern. The room was clean, well set up, and the location near the River Walk is convenient for getting around and enjoying the area. The design and overall appearance of the place give a good first impression.
Considering I paid close to $500 for the stay for two night’s , I expected a much smoother and more comfortable experience. The biggest issue was the shower. The cold water kept losing pressure, which caused mostly hot water to come out, making it very uncomfortable to shower. Something as basic as proper water pressure and temperature control should not be a problem at this price point.
Another issue was the outside noise. The windows do a poor job of blocking sound, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside that made it hard to fully relax. I was told that only the 1st and 2nd floors have double-pane windows while the other floors do not, which was disappointing because sound insulation should be consistent throughout the building.
