Комфортная квартира с отличным расположением. Огромным плюсом является собственное крытое парковочное место в подземном гараже. Было чисто. Ремонт свежий.
Требует починки рольставни на одном из балконов, из-за чего одна спальня получается без окон. Еще не плохо было бы оставить хотя бы минимальный набор на кухне (чай, кофе, сахар, соль, масло).

Bu rezidans budvanin en merkezi konumunda.. Her yere 2 dakika mesafede. Budva da kalabileceginiz en iyi yer. Kapali otoparki da var ve kullanimi cok rahat. Hemen arkasinda Budvanin tek AVM si ve 2 super market var. Bunlardan da onemlisi ev sahibi Marco cok yardimsever cok guleryuzlu ve iyi biri. Hic dusunmeden kalabilirsiniz
