Lovely surroundings and location
A little disappointing dogs not allowed as we may have booked again especially as it’s within Derbyshire and plenty of walks, could may be do with a little makeover

Real hidden gem, second time we’ve stayed. Cottage was toasty when we arrived and the complimentary milk and bottled water was appreciated. Beautiful rural view and abundant birdsong, my app detected 13 different birds within 10 minutes of arrival.
Tracy has thought of everything you might need in the cottage, it provides for a really comfortable stay. It is quiet, feels safe and secure and is so much better than a hotel.
Lots of amenities in the area so good for an extended stay as well as a stopover. We especially appreciated that Tracy kindly accommodated our particular request due to personal circumstances. Definitely recommend.
