Nice private villa, nice pool, always clean, not so far from the ubud centre. Very friendly staff.
Internet was really slow. We used laundry 2 times and unfortunately our clothes wasn’t clean. The room is quite dark. Breakfast has a lot of different choices, but we liked only 2 of them, so it was kinda hard to eat the same breakfast every day

I was pleased I was able to hire a driver from the resort. I was picked up at the airport at 12:30 in the morning.
That was so wonderful and I was greeted so nicely arriving at such an early time in the am.

The property location was clean and comfortable
Many ants but to be expected in Indonesia. The mattress was was too firm but that’s a comparison to my own preference

Peaceful, clean, relaxing and a great pool!
Breakfast was great each morning. We regularly ordered the American breakfast, the fruit platter and a flat white. The restaurant was handy for days you didn’t want to go anywhere. Massage was good but expensive in comparison to everywhere else. Fantastic Warung 100m away (nearly next door) which we only found on our last day!
Room had no cutlery, plates, cups,minimal tea and coffee, no milk…(can ask but gets a little annoying). Aircon in bedroom only.
Compared to other facilities I would say staff were mostly friendly but didn’t go out of their way, if you go to front desk to do most things they send you back to your room to call/organise yourself (restaurant, spa, scooter rental) This is a very “self managed” establishment.
