We were staying here for the second time now and were as happy with the accomodation as the first time :)
Patrizia is very nice and helpful and the apartment is amazing, comfortable and cozy.
There were even small improvements from the first visit, if i'm not mistaken, like the small shelf in the shower.
The heating was good, we weren't cold.
And as to everything else - my previous review stands: it's very clean, the apartment is furnished with everything you might need and more (umbrellas were especially useful this time, thank you for providing them), and the location is great (our favourite part of Venice to live at).
We will definitely come again :D

It is a beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The location is quiet yet in walking distance to everything. The host kept in touch and provided all the information we needed plus a lovely bottle of Prosecco.

Logement très moderne, refait récemment. Bien situé. Proche du vaporetto. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Situé dans une impasse donc au calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
