The living area and kitchen are quite nice and roomy. We enjoyed puzzles and games at the kitchen table, and the beds were comfortable. The location is really nice-- set back from the busy road and close to the river path.
We arrived on Christmas Day, and with the holiday, there was a mixup with the cleaners, so the house was not clean. We worked it out with the host. It has an odd layout where you have to enter one bedroom to access the other one (no hallway).

Location is close to a coffee shop and easy walking distance to the walk along the river. The gate access makes the property feel safe (I could leave the bedroom sliding door open during the night). The patio seating outside was lovely for morning coffee.
We missed the entry gate the first time we drove by. Only one bathroom has a "normal" shower, although the second tub is designed for someone who is handicapped, so that could be a benefit.

The area was quiet and felt secluded, despite being off a major road. We didn’t need the kitchen and outside area due to the nature of our visit, but they were nice and spacious. The unit even included a set of utensils for the grill.
The front porch would have been lovely, but it was incredibly hot due to the sun — and it didn’t even reach 80 degrees while we were there. It didn’t feel usable during the summer months.
