Great central location for visiting Christchurch. Bedrooms are comfortable and have a good range of storage. Lovely garden with lots of seating and a good size garden table to sit out to eat. Helpful to have two toilets for 5 guests. Walking distance to a range of pubs and eateries, plus very close to lots of local areas of intrest. Comfortable lounge area which seats 4/5 and large tv screen. Good working kitchen. Great to have access to plenty of hot water. One parking space easily accessible to the rear of the property for loading and unloading.
Parking a second car required using local pay car parks.
Little bit of a challenge to sit 5 adult size people comfortably around the dining table in the kitchen but not impossible.
