Spacious room, warm, large complex, great communication with the host, enough of good mirrors, good for couple of nights
The mattress and headboard were too hard, water leaked out of the bathtub during showering, very low bed for my hight (172 cm), lack of kitchen stuff to prepare food (there is only one pot), lack of cleaning stuff like kitchen cloth

The apartment is large and spacious and has a great location, very close to the gondola and the city center.
The mattress was very firm and not comfortable for me personally. I asked the host for a mattress topper or extra padding, but unfortunately it was not provided. In the end, I had to take padding from a sofa bed in another room and use it in my bedroom.
The pillows were also very thin.
The hosts provide only one towel per guest and expect guests to wash and dry them themselves. During a ski vacation, towels get dirty more easily especially when traveling with children and one towel per person is often not enough. We ran out of clean towels, and when we asked for more, the host did not provide any.

Апартаментът е прекрасен, чист и с всичко необходимо, за да се чувстваме удобно! Леглото е с удобен матрак, спалното бельо - чисто, в банята винаги имаше топла вода. Ние останахме изключително доволни!
Няма нещо което да не ни хареса!

Sin duda lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, buena temperatura y agua caliente. Muy sencilla la recogida y devolución de las tarjetas.
El menaje es muy pobre: no hay tijeras ni escurridor, únicamente una sartén vieja y un cazo.
El colchón del sofá es horrible: extremadamente fino, se clavan los hierros y es imposible dormir.
Las almohadas son muy finas y muy incómodas.
Hay poca presión de agua y además sale agua de la bañera y del calentador.
Aunque el apartamento dispone de horno, no hay bandejas para poder usarlo.
Es una lástima que el propietario no mejore estos aspectos básicos, ya que con pequeños cambios la estancia sería mucho más cómoda y acogedora
