Cleanliness, gym and location.
Hard boiled eggs were overcooked. I recommend an egg incubator and have guests peel their own eggs. Perfect hard oiled egg every time.

The breakfast was great and the gym was clean. Parking was good too.
I was VERY disappointed in the treatment we received when we arrived. I made my reservation via booking.com as I’ve done many times before. The girl behind the counter did not seem to know what she was doing and kept repeating that they don’t like when guests book through a 3rd party app. The commentary continued even when our room keys didn’t work and someone else had keys to our assigned room! When I went back downstairs to get this corrected she spoke to me as if this was my fault. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. The entire interaction was inappropriate and not a good representation of the Hampton Inn & Suites. I have never been spoken to like this at a hotel before.
