About this house rental
A spacious 3 bedroom house set in the heart of Aynho, a picturesque village set in between Bicester and Banbury offering unrivalled access to the beautiful surrounding countryside.
As you walk through the front door, you are immediately drawn to the high ceilings. The open plan living and dining area is the centrepiece of the house with the light flooding it all day from the skylights and large windows throughout. The kitchen here has everything you need to cook up a storm and make yourselves at home to fully enjoy your time here. Coupled with a 70` TV to kick back and relax in front of after a long day`s exploring all that the local area has to offer, this is the ideal place to spend a few days to re-charge and connect with friends or family.
Upstairs a 3 good sized bedrooms - 1 x King and 2 x Double Beds ensuring a very comfortable night sleep for all. A family bathroom is shared between the Super King room and 1 King. There is an en suite for the other King room to give everyone the space they need to relax and make themselves right at home.

You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.

Chose the property due proximity to The Great Barn weddings venue. Walking to the venue is not feasible due to no footpath on a bussy road. Need own transport or taxi.The process of booking and communication was excellent, questions quickly answered. TV is enormous!

Our stay was lovely. In a quiet location but near several nice locations. Garden was a great sun trap, only thing is I’d recommend more outdoor seating as house suitable for 6 people. Check in and out was great and allowed us flexibility with check out. Communication and information was clear throughout. Overall a great stay.
