Wow! We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to come back. The location is perfect- walking distance to all the excitement of Seal Beach, the views were breathtaking, and the house is a great size for families. The house has more space than we were expecting. The beds were so comfortable. The dated windows were a challenge throughout the house, and the bunk bed/office room could use some curtains to block light for that sleeping area. The provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were a plus. We look forward to our next visit!

The place was as advertised with great views and plenty of space. Only negative was the property was a little dated and new carpeting would be nice, but with all the amenities and beauty of views we would come again. Also the communication with host was responsive and would give six stars if possible

Beautiful view! Location is perfect..near everything withiut traffic! Very spacious and clean! It's a home away from home with the dream view of the beach! Owner/property manager responds to communication right away,east to get a hold of!

The host was very responsive and the beds were comfortable. The exterior of the building is very rough. Rusty handrails up to the unit, mold in places, the outdoor chairs were damaged. The kitchen is well equipped, but does not have anything extra like salt and pepper, spices, etc. The internet was very spotty - okay for reading texts but not for watching videos. When it rained, the water came under the front door and flooded into the living room soaking all of our shoes. Only some of the windows work and therefore it was very stuffy at times. The view is pretty, but what they don't show is that the beach is covered with ocean debris and trash. You cannot get to the water without walking over it. I think it is because of the location. Further up the beach, near the pier the beach is cleaner. The host provided 4 lawn chairs, but there is nothing else for the beach. Also, there are no toys or games. We were disappointed that we splurged for a beachfront location and it wasn't very nice.
