About this house rental
Welcome to Lower Buttercombe Farm,
2 king size bedrooms, and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6, luxury spacious accommodation inc. fully equipped kitchen, dining area, enclosed garden, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining and sun loungers. Set in beautiful countryside with outstanding panoramic views of the countryside and our private wildlife lake. Woolacombe beach within 3 miles, private lake with boating. Local amenities of Ilfracombe just a 5 minute drive away. Tarka trail close by for walks and cycling. Dog and equine facilities available upon request.
The space
Beautiful contemporary cottage that has been recently developed (within in the grounds of Lower Buttercombe Farm) with outstanding panoramic views across the rolling countryside. Fantastic location close to many of the most popular beaches of North Devon; Woolacombe (under 3 miles); Saunton Sands and its world famous Golf Course, Ilfracombe with its famous tunnel beaches, beautiful harbour, Michelin star restaurant The Olive Room, Damien Hirst Verity and his restaurant! Off Road Quad-biking and Clay Pidgeon Sooting (Shooting school too) 5 mins from our farm. Also local cinema and for those rainy days with kids a roller skating scooter arena within 3 miles. Close to famous surfing beach Croyde Bay fabulous walking and beach riding nearby. 15 minute drive onto Exmoor. The Cottage enjoys the privacy of its own enclosed garden with outstanding views (red deer often seen) and use of the lake (rowing boats on the jetty and for early risers Otter sightings) for equine facilities please enquire. During high season I’m afraid we have a 7 night minimum, with the week beginning Saturday.
