Andy is a great host & gave us a good tour of the house and how things worked.Anvil cottage is amazing, great location, great amenities,has everything you could possibly need.The area surrounding to the house is lovely,got to see some owls, bunnies and big & little birds.

A great cottage in a beautiful location. Owner Andy was friendly and helpful. Cottage is big and well equipped. Lovely surroundings with a friendly barn owl who would pose for pictures! A very attractive area, easy drive to Lincoln with it’s stupendous cathedral.

The cottage was lovely with a nice sitting out area we had a lovely week with Lincoln only 17 miles away and the coast same distance in other direction the only problem was trying to get hot water in the Bathroom but apart from that was a lovely holiday and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather .
