Villa Renina is a recently renovated vacation villa in Tuscany between Gambassi Terme and Certaldo.
With 3 bedrooms and all amenities, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outside, Villa Renina offers a large garden with beautiful views, a private pool, and barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining.
The villa’s location is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and also for exploring Tuscany. Indeed, all of the region’s characteristic villages and splendid art cities are within easy reach, such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and the Tuscan coast.
The road connecting the towns of Certaldo and Gambassi Terme, as well as the famous Via Francigena, run just meters from the property.
At the disposal of Villa Renina guests: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (one on the ground floor and two on the first floor); large private garden; pool reserved for guests’ exclusive use (9 x 4 meters; depth 1,30 meters) with sun deck, sun loungers and umbrellas; air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room; Wifi internet; parking within the grounds (4 spaces, 2 of which are covered); barbecue and outdoor area equipped with gazebo with tables and chairs for al fresco dining; second outdoor seating area in the house’s old courtyard.
