Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, δίπλα ακριβώς στη νέα παραλία και σχεδόν απέναντι από το Μακεδονία Παλάς. Ήσυχη γειτονία και από τις βεράντες βλέπεις θάλασσα.
Δεν μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι το κλειδί ήταν πάνω στην πόρτα για το check in, πράγμα που σημαίνει πως ο οποιοσδήποτε από τους υπόλοιπους ενοίκους θα μπορούσε να έχει πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιό μου πριν να καταλήξω σ' αυτό στις 9 το βράδυ. Ενώ είχα κλείσει δωμάτιο για ένα άτομο, ο καναπές του δωματίου ήταν ανοιχτός και στρωμένος με μία κουβέρτα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να καθίσω στον καναπέ. Δεν υπήρχε πρίζα δίπλα στο κρεββάτι και φόρτιζα το κινητό μου από ένα πολύπριζο. Επίσης υπήρχε εσπρεσσιέρα και σε μία σακκουλίτσα είχε 2 γαλατάκια και 2 αναδευτήρες χωρίς κάψουλες για καφέ. Το δωμάτιο γενικώς ήταν κοκοσυντηρημένο, κακοβαμμένο κι όλα πολύ πρόχειρα.

A deux pas des Parapluies et de la Tour Blanche, on profite d'un environnement paisible la nuit et de nombreux commerces le jour. Le studio était parfaitement propre, élégant et fonctionnel avec kitchenette et télévision + Netflix et balcon avec superbe vue mer. Le personnel, que l'on peut facilement contacter par téléphone ou mail est charmant et chaleureux et s'est montré particulièrement efficace quand l'eau était trop tiède à mon goût. J'ai pu laisser mes bagages après le check-out. Je recommande vivement.
Un micro-ondes dans la kitchenette serait un ➕️.

Location is great. There is public parking very close. You can find many cafeterias, bakeries and food shops nearby.
The room is on the first floor, there are parking lots under and it is open space, so the floor was very cold and in the bathroom was cold as well.
