Hotel Alexander provided the check-in/check-out facilities and assisted us to the property with our luggage. They were only a phone call or very short walk away for any additional needs we had. Arranged new towels and linen when we wanted it. They were able to assist with accepting the delivery of our ski passes when ordered online and advised suitable ski hire for our ski holiday. The apartment kitchen had everything you needed to cook in when we wished and supermarkets only a few minute walk away. Plenty of heating for those cold days, which we hardy needed during our stay.

The position of our apartment in the building only allowed for windows in the bedroom, but the lighting in the rest of the apartment was more than sufficient. Our bedroom did get afternoon sun which was lovely when we were in the apartment.

Great location, tidy apartment, excellent support from staff, very comfortable beds. Other (bad) reviews are not how we experienced it.

Small badroom, not a kitchen to cook big meals.

Sehr gute Lage, Skilift, Kaufhäuser und Restaurants in der nähe. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Personal sehr bemüht um die Probleme mit der Wohnung in den Griff zu bekommen.

In dem Appartement funktionierte die Heizung nicht richtig, es hatte eine Raumtemperatur um die 15°C, nach 2 maligen urgieren an der Rezeption wurde uns ein Elektrostrahler gebracht. Die Bad-, bzw. WC Lüftung funktionierte auch nicht.
