Great size of the apartment. 2 big rooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. They left olive oil, suger, coffee and tea for us. Which was very thoughtful! Very good location. Direct metro stop (with the elevator- important if you have heavy luggage) which goes to airport and city center is just 5-7 minutes walking. Turia park and Arena beach are just around 15-20 minutes walking. Liddle and MCDONALD'S is just next door. Mercadonna- 5 minutes away.
Mattress and pillows are super comfy- like 5 stars hotel. Bedroom has no windows, for me it was a big plus as there is no noise from the street and good to sleep!
Boiler is not enough of hot water for 3 people to wash one by one. But if you wait 20 minutes- you have hot water again.

Metro 2 minute walk. Beach nearby. Apartment very clean
Layout of apartment a bit strange. Bedroom at least half the size of the apartment whereas the rest of apartment was quite narrow. It was very clean but not tge most comfortable in terms of furniture. Also not noise proof as clearly hear people overhead

Dejaron café y galletas más que de sobra para desayunar junto con botellines de agua.
El colchón de la cama principal a nuestro juicio no era cómodo.
El colchón del sofá cama , lo esperable en un sofá cama.
Es un antiguo local reformado, pero muy muy muy impersonal. Todo con luz blanca, ni un solo cuadro, cero decoración.
Es para pasar una noche una pareja.
