All very good- warm comfortable clean - except frying pan ;-)
The frying pan in the kitchen was greasy - but was easily washed by us so more to note than a serious problem

I received clear information how to get the key. I had no problem at all. The flat had everything what we needed during our stay. Quite place and very comfy bed. Very close to the centre. Decent price.
We were just one night so had no time to see everything in the town but we managed to see the ruins of two castles so our stay was more interesting.
Just the weather was poor but that's nothing regarding flat.
Poor Internet connection: in our phone O2 network and by host access. That second one was a bit better.

It was useful to have a washing machine, the heating was good and the flat is a decent size.
For a one night stay it’s ok, but it’s looking very tired and in need of a refurb. The sofas were uncomfortable, felt like you were sitting on the floor. Despite other reviews to the contrary the bed was comfortable & we had a good nights sleep. The shower cubicle is a little small though
The area felt neglected and in need of rejuvenation. There was very little open & we found only one place to eat out
