Foarte curat, aerisit, spațios, frigider mare, aer condiționat în fiecare cameră, aproape de plajă, liniște, intim, loc de parcare gratuit, gazda foarte sociabila.

- proprietatea este localizata langa drumul care trece prin skala marion (este liniste, trec putine masini), la 100 m de plaja ;
- in curte ar fi 4 casute parter (banuiesc ca fiecare are cate 2 camere) dotate cu bucatarie, baie si terasa exterioara acoperita;
- in dreptul apartamentului nostru am avut si un gratar amenajat;
- usa si ferestrele sunt amenajate cu obloane (pentru cine doreste sa doarma cat mai mult dimineata :D)
- frumos gestul proprietarului, care a venit dimineata la 7:30 sa ne predea cheile;
- sunt locuri de parcare in afara curtii;
- pentru canapeaua din living recomand o saltea mai buna de dormit
