The hotel is in a walking distance to the seafront. The rooms were very clean and tidy also a good selection for breakfast. We would definitely book to stay here again.

We had a great warm welcome. The room was clean with so many bits and bobs to use. Literally anything you may need. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and perfect for us.
Each day at breakfast my little boy had some toys at our table with he loved and was so kind.
Everywhere was decorated for Easter and the owners had done a great job.
We would recommend to anyone. So close to the centre and we will definitely be back.

A cosy hotel with lovely owners that take clear pride in the upkeep and personality of the building. The breakfast was wonderful, boasting much variety- accompanied with heartwarming hot food as well. And all of which was delicious!
The staff were most accommodating, even offering clients umbrellas for rainy days. The location is also particularly apt, being within quick walking distance of the main part of Skegness, and of course the Arcade strips! The bed was comfortable, and the streaming services kept us entertained during the downpour.
In short, we had a splendid time there, and no doubt you’ll be seeing our faces again sometime soon!

Great location, immaculate and great attention to detail. Welcome chocolates, a couple of postcards left on dressing table with a pen. Room had absolutely everything you needed. The breakfast area was outstanding, best I’ve ever seen.
