Villa Lattermann is located on a very quiet village street that leads to the Sachsengrund district and no further there, except on foot into the endless forests.
The property is a listed resort architecture villa - a Wolgast villa, which can actually only be found in the German coastal regions. It was built around 1900 by an ironworks owner - Mr. Lattermann, who shaped the entire Morgenröthe district with his company. Directly opposite the villa there is a historic blast furnace that is used for museum purposes and one of the bells produced there that can be made to ring. The house has both architectural and historical value for the region.
