A total of approx. 110 m² of living space is distributed over a hallway, a very large living room with TV, an open, perfectly equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person, a tasteful bedroom with a double bed and TV and another beautiful bedroom with two single beds and also a TV. All beds are box-spring beds. All televisions have Netflix reception.The flat also has a spacious bathroom with an infrared cabin for 2 people and a washing machine. From the living room you have access to the large balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture outside the winter season.
All windows in the property are triple-glazed.
You can store skis, ski boots, sledges and bicycles in the cellar room belonging to the flat. For the latter there is also a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.
