Admire the breathtaking views of the lake from the sunlit deck or right from the main BR of this elegant house. The home boasts a crisp, modern feel while still feeling comfortable and inviting. Enjoy a convenient kitchen, 2 BRs & a full BA, with an open floor living space. Perfect for romantic stays, time alone, or special time w/family & friends. Time to let your hair down!!!
About The space:
Walk out of the main bedroom or the sunroom directly to the deck and feel like you are at a tropical destination. The view is everything. Once there, you will not want to leave.
You will have access to the whole house. Enjoy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a sunroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics.
Quiet neighborhood.
Not a lot of grass.
BBQ in the backyard and enjoy.
Drink your coffee, wine, etc. right on the deck and relax by the water!
Walking distance to Avalon private beach. This beach is small and quiet.
Close to I75, restaurants, and bars
**Being on the lake can bring some seasonal notes to keep in mind. The water may not be swimmable in hot months, such as August. Fish Flies season is around the month of June.

Parking is available on the premises. Lockbox info will be provided prior to stay.
Other Details to note:
• Netflix and wifi is available.
• Fishing is common.
• We provide linens for the beds, but not daily maid service.
• Kitchen is fully stocked including Pots, Pans, Utensils, and Plates etc.
• There are a limited number of towels so feel free to bring some extra.
• Bring all consumable products, food, and personal items (i.e., lotion, shampoo etc.).
• No indoor smoking is allowed.

Our over all experience was good and we would definitely rent again. The sunrise views were spectacular and we loved being right on the water. It's in a great neighborhood where we felt safe. I love that it is pet friendly. The house is an older cabin and does smell a little musty but we were able to have the windows open most of the time. Also there was only one chair on the deck the other 2 chairs there were broken. I would recommend bring extra chairs to sit outside. Again, our over all stay was great.

We're repeat customers as we love staying at this cabin. It's homey, has nice decor, small kitchen but perfect for us, and of course we love the ability to relax, sun, or swim - right out the back door. The weather was cooler and the water more choppy than previous times we have been there, but we still enjoyed it. Especially nice at sunrise and sunset and a pleasure for anyone that likes photography. The owner responds to questions in a timely way. Hope to continue being able to go during our vacation days!
