Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat.
This spacious home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that seats 6-8. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open living space, this cheerful home is both comfortable and versatile. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a queen-size bed, and there are 3 twin trundles and a separate game room in the garage for added fun.
Furry friends are welcome! Pet Fee: $200 per pet.

The space:
There are 2 steps to the front door. Once inside the home, there are no additional steps to get from one room to another. Home is on one level.
Step through the beautiful doors into our modern living area. Please leave your shoes at the door to keep the floors clean.
Relax in the living room, which features a 65" TV, or enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and dining area.
Down the hall from the living room, the first bedroom on the left has a queen-size bed, a dedicated work area, a large closet, and a twin-size trundle that slides out. Next, you’ll find the shared bathroom with a full-size tub/shower combo, a modern vanity, mirror, and a toilet with a bidet. Continuing down the hall, the next bedroom features a queen bed, a workspace, and a closet.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a twin-size trundle. The en-suite master bathroom has a shower stall, pedestal sink, and a toilet with a bidet. The fourth bedroom, with exterior access, offers a long desk for work and a lovely view of the pool. This bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle that slides out.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful stay.
The garage, accessible through the kitchen, includes an in-unit washer/dryer and doubles as a game room. Enjoy hours of fun with the 13-in-1 Combo Game Table Set, featuring Ping Pong, Foosball, Basketball, Air Hockey, Archery, Chess, Checkers, Shuffleboard, Bowling, and more.
The backyard is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a full-size pool, an outdoor couch with a firepit, an outdoor bed, a dining table for 6-8, and a gas grill.
Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire home. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks.
The driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the streets.
Other things to note:

This modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are also close to the Concord BART station, making it easy to explore the Bay Area.
There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

As of our stay (things always change): Worked for 5 adults in town for a Celebration of Life. Space-by-space: KITCHEN (2 refrigerator/freezers, plenty storage, great counter space, nice appliances, great sink/water pressure, super light, has soap/spnge, nice pots/pans/tools, no pot holders, 1 dishcloth, no working can opener); DINING (comfortable seating, fits 6, good lighting, easy clean table); LIVING (gorgeous TV needs use directions, seating 4 only, unreachable coat tree, front door hits sofa, plenty light, lot odd wires sticking out of walls); BEDROOMS need trash baskets (front great closet, OK bed, nice desk, good window/covers; 2nd great closet, OK bed, nice desk; master lousy bed is way too low, mattress uncomfortable, horrible closet, good desk, nice windows/covers; back bedroom no closet, huge desk, OK bed, lousy screendoor to yard, fake drawers); BATHROOMS (front good toilet, nice sink, odd cabinet, deep tub needs grab bar, needs towel bars as towels stay wet on hooks; master bathroom new shower, bad flushing toilet...plunger next to it, zero counter space, needs twl bars); nice floors through-out; FRONT ENTRANCE (steps need replacing & add a railing; good light, good locks, porch “fence” is rotting); PARKING (van in driveway and other car on street, felt safe, worked for us); BACKYARD (good seating & tables, pool freezing cold & never cleaned = algae dirt detritus); great Wash/Dry. GREAT NICE HOSTS; FAMILY neighborhood; close shopping; YES recommend @ 4.5 *s
